James Carbonara

James brings over 20 years of investor relations experience and heads the Hayden IR office in New York. Before that, he was an officer of an $800 million division of Capital One Bank. He has a proven track record of designing and executing disciplined investor engagement programs that sharpen company messaging, expand sell‑side coverage, elevate conference exposure, and drive meaningful engagement with both retail investors and institutional portfolio managers. James received a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
