01 · Challenge
The Challenge
TSS’s potential market opportunity and investment thesis were not clear and were not reaching a target audience of investors. The stock was clearly undervalued.
02 · Solution
Our Solution
- Developed an investor presentation with clear, simple messaging
- Conducted roadshows and meetings with targeted investors
- Developed messaging for earnings releases and scripts emphasizing key data points that could drive stock price appreciation: the market opportunity, the signing of a long-term customer agreement, plans to expand operations, and earnings and cash potential
- Identified and drafted non-earnings press releases to communicate progress within the business
- Provided capital markets guidance on growth, capital allocation and expansion plans
- Responded quickly to day-to-day shareholder inquiries from a widespread retail audience
03 · Impact
The Impact
- Secured Nasdaq uplisting and bell ringing within six weeks of engagement
- Stock increased ~144%, from $4.91 at engagement to $11.98 after 2½ months, then reached a new 52-week high of $23.77 in June 2025
- Institutional ownership increased from 0% to 36%
- Secured investor conference invitations from Craig-Hallum, Jefferies and Needham
