Brian joined Hayden IR in 2020 and is based in Chicago. He is a highly proactive investor relations practitioner with deep experience advising and counseling C-suites on effective IR marketing and communications strategies and on activist shareholders. His expertise includes positioning and messaging for corporate transformations, M&A, capital markets transactions and C-suite transitions.
Prior to joining Hayden IR, Brian served in senior in-house investor relations and finance roles at Sysco, Intel, PalmSource and Trimble, and provided IR consulting at Thomson Financial and through his own firm, B. Siegel Advisory Services.
Brian is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and holds its Investor Relations Charter (IRC®). He has an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BSM in accounting from Tulane University.
