Todd has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He brings substantial value to clients in strategic and SEC advisory capacities, and has served as a director and officer of a number of emerging growth private and public companies.
Most recently, he served as Chairman of the Board of Superclick, Inc., a company acquired by AT&T in 2013. He is currently Managing Partner of Aspire Clean Tech Communications and ECCO Advisors, advisory firms established to drive strategy and shareholder value for alternative energy, clean tech and social impact-driven companies.
