Todd has 20+ years’ experience in the financial services industry. He brings substantial value to our clients in strategic and SEC advisory capacities, and has served in Director and “CXO” capacities of a number of emerging growth private and public companies. Most recent, he served as Chairman of the Board at Superclick, Inc. a company acquired by AT&T in 2013. He is currently Managing Partner of Aspire Clean Tech Communications and ECCO Advisors, advisory firms established to drive strategy and shareholder value for alternative energy, clean tech and social impact-driven firms.
