CORBIN WOODHULL

Corbin has 15 years of capital markets experience in investor relations and equity research. He has overseen complex corporate transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, and leadership changes, while cultivating relationships with top institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Prior to joining Hayden IR, Corbin was head of international investor relations at a top retail and eCommerce player in Latin America. While leading the international investor relations efforts, Corbin managed global stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and was recognized by Institutional Investors LatAm Executive Rankings as the best IR team. Prior to investor relations, Corbin was an equity research analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott and covered the eCommerce, SaaS, and AdTech sectors. Corbin received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and was a four-year starter on the Trinity College Men’s lacrosse team.
